ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MICROWAVE AND DISHWASHER SAFE?

All of my ceramic products are food, microwave, and dishwasher safe. However, hand washing is always better for the longevity of the pot.

HOW FAST WILL I GET MY ORDER?

Please allow 5 business days for order fulfillment and another 7-10 business days for delivery.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY? 

No, I currently do not ship internationally. Sorry about that! 

WHY AREN'T MY PIECES IDENTICAL? 

All Ceramic Jules pieces are handmade and may vary slightly due to the nature of the product. 

WHAT IF MY POTTERY WAS DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING?

If you receive pottery that has been damaged in shipping, please contact me at ceramicjules@gmail.com within 48 hours of the delivery date with photos of the damaged items and the packaging materials. We can then work out a refund/exchange. After 48 hours of the delivery date, damaged goods will not be taken into consideration.

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?

No, all sales are final. If there are any issues with your order please contact me within 48 hours of receiving it. I will do everything I can to find a solution.
